Sari Bahari dalam proses perkembangan yang mengarah kepada kesiapan operasional mendukung modernisasi peralatan, selain memiliki peluang yang besar, namun juga terdapat tantangan yang harus dihadapi.<br /><br /><br /><br />Mengenai peluang, Wamenhan mengatakan penggunaan bom akan tetap diperlukan selama masih tersedianya senjata. Disamping itu pihak pemerintah juga memberikan peluang seluas-luasnya secara berkelanjutan pada setiap sistem sesuai Rencana Strategis (Renstra) setiap lima tahun.<br /><br /><br /><br />Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, terdapat beberapa faktor penting yang dapat menopang peluang yang diberikan dari pemerintah, dan perlu diperhatikan dalam menjawab tantangan yang akan dihadapi.<br /><br /><br /><br />Diantaranya dijelaskan Wamenhan, agar kualitas produksi bisa terus meningkat dan berkembang perlu juga meningkatkan faktor <i>skill level</i> dalam wujud kesejahteraan, selain itu diperlukan atensi terhadap perkembangan infrastruktur pabrik yang akan menunjang target industri strategis.<br /><br /><br /><br />Wamenhan juga menghimbau dari sisi legitimasi kelayakan produksi sebagai bagian dari pada industri pertahanan juga perlu diawasi. Terkait faktor legitimasi kelayakan produksi industri harus berinteraksi dengan pihak regulator dan pengguna, karena disini memiliki kepentingan untuk mendapatkan otentikasi kelayakan operasional. For starters, the Zonda Cinque is made out of the <br />most awesome materials known to man: carbon fiber and titanium. This <br />makes it stronger and lighter than Delta Force. Seriously, it weighs <br />less than a Mini Cooper but has an AMG V12 that produces 678 hp.<br /><br /><br />That makes this cabrio capable of 210+ mph and eye-popping – perhaps literally – track speeds.<br /><br /><br />Oh, and Pagani only built five of them, so happy hunting.<br /><br /><br /><h3><br />3. Built to commemorate friend of Bugatti founder, and two time <br />winner of the Targa Folorio – in a Bugatti 35.<br /><br /><br />Constantini was just the sort of aristocratic wack job that made <br />early motor racing great, so its appropriate that Bugatti honored him <br />with such a mental car. <br /><br /><br /> Underneath the Legend is a Grand Sport Vitesse Roadster. It draws a <br />hyper-godly 1,200 hp from its W16. This is good for a top speed of 254 <br />mph, it might be a bit slower than the Veyron Super Sport, but its much <br />prettier. The carbon fiber is painted French Racing Blue, and the <br />aluminum is left to its own burnished glory. Maps of the Targa Florio <br />and other racing scenes are laser etched in both the exterior and <br />interior. This isn’t just a face melting speed machine, its also a work <br />of art.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="font-size: 1.17em;">2. W Motors Lykan Hypersport $3.4M</span></strong><br /><br /><br /><a class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-444779 dt-auto-zoom-wrap" href="http://www.digitaltrends.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Lykan-HyperSport.jpg"><span class="dt-auto-zoom" style="display: inline;"><span></span></span><img alt="W Motors Lykan-HyperSport" class="" height="468" src="http://icdn4.digitaltrends.com/image/lykan-hypersport-625x1000.jpg" width="625" /></a><br /><br /><br />Didn’t know that Lebanon had a car industry? Then you are missing <br />out, because the W Motors’ Lykan Hypersport is one of the most <br />impressive things on four wheels.<br /><br /><br />Not many details are out about this car yet, but it is purportedly <br />good for 245 mph, and a 0-60 time of 2.7 seconds. Amazingly, this <br />acceleration comes courtesy of a turbocharged V6, which, compared to <br />some of the mammoth V12s sported by cars on this list, seems positively <br />demure.<br /><br /><br />If those performance figures don’t jump off the page, don’t worry the<br /> Lykan Hypersport has an ace up its sleeve. W Motors didn’t just focus <br />on performance, they have the tech madness and sheer excess side of <br />hypercars covered.  Those handsomely aggressive LED lights are covered <br />in diamonds, and the information about how far over the speed limit you <br />are going is conveyed by a holographic display.<br /><br /><br />All I can say is, “Help me Lykan Hypersport, you are my only hope.”<br /><br /><br /><h3><br />1. I still have to remind myself that I am actually looking at <br />photos of it rather than a concept drawing or a computer generation.<br /><br /><br />But the Veneno isn’t all looks and no go. The name is Spanish for <br />“poison” and boy is that appropriate. The naturally aspirated V12 – <br />because turbos are for sissies – hammers out 750 horsepower. This <br />Italian thunderclap will bring to 60 in 2.8 seconds, probably faster <br />than sound can leave your body during a terrified scream.<br /><br /><br />The big wing on the back is encouraging. Either it will help keep the<br /> car on the road or it means that the Veneno is in accordance with FAA <br />regulations, which is good until you realize that means it was designed <br />to fly. Gulp.<br /><br /><br />It gets better too, because Lambo has recently gone ahead with a <br />convertible version. The “poison” Spyder is just as fast, and even more <br />mental. With speeds approaching 220 mph in an open top car, lets just <br />say you are going to need goggles.<br /><br /><br />Even the batmobile looks tame in comparison to the Veneno and it probably costs less too.<br /><br /><br />Want one? That’s a silly question. Of course you do. Unfortunately, <br />the three hard tops are already spoken for, but there will be nine <br />roadsters. They may cost an extra half million dollars, but for <br />something like this thats almost a bargain.<br /><br /><br />And hey we can all dream. And <a href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/celebrity/britney_spears">Britney Spears</a> / Weeks in top 10 (11)<br /> 10: “We Can’t Stop” by Miley Cyrus / Weeks in top 10 (11)</b><br />Tied at our number 10 spot, both these songs spent 11 weeks throughout 2013’s top 10 music list. “Scream and Shout” was released on Will I am’s 4th album “#willpower” and climbed the charts with help from the icon of icons, Britney Spears.<br /><br />“We Can’t Stop” was off Miley Cyrus’s 4th album, “Bangerz” and received quite a bit of attention in the days and weeks following her appearance on the MTV Music Awards. Her less than nothing wardrobe, combined with her “twerking” with teddy bears left many fans, parents and well, the entire world to wonder what the Hell has happened to the “Hannah Montana” Walt Disney productions made so famous? </div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 9: “Suit and Tie” by Justin Timberlake / Weeks in top 10 (13)</b><br /><br />What more can anyone say about Justin Timberlake? The guy is smoother than smooth, cooler than cool and an absolute beast when it comes to performing. He was born for the stage and seems to be his most comfortable before thousands of watching fans. An accomplished actor, entertainer and fabulous singer, he brought “sexy back” with his “Suit and Tie” and regardless of what Justin Timberlake does, we are all going to love it! </div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 8: “Mirrors” by Justin Timberlake / Weeks in the top 10 (14)</b><br /><br />Again, Justin Timberlake could release ten songs and wrap up the entire top 10 if he so chose. The young performer is unlike any other entertainer in the world. He impresses the likes of Will Smith, Jay-Z and would have even gotten props from Tupac had he still been with us. </div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 7: “Just Give me a Reason” by Pink / Weeks in the top 10 (15)</b><br /><br />Pink is one of the most exceptional female music artists of our time! Known for her toughness and distaste for the bubble gum pop culture icons such as Britney Spears. Refusing to change her style, looks or assume a persona not her own, Pink is the new era Joan Jett and we wouldn’t want her any other way. </div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 6: “When I was Your Man” by Bruno Mars / Weeks in top 10 (16)</b></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 5: “I Knew you Were Trouble” by Taylor Swift / Weeks in top 10 (16)</b><br /><br />Quite honestly, these two musical entertainers could sing the phonebook and land it at number one on the music industry’s Billboard Charts! Almost anything either of them touches goes into the top ten! So it is really no surprise to see them both making the grade. Taylor Swift has placed 4 hits in the top 5 at once before! Bruno Mars just has that unique sound, “swagga” and musical genius that creates Billboard dynamite!</div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 4: “Can’t Hold Us” by <a href="http://www.macklemore.com/">Macklemore</a> / Weeks in top 10 (17)</b><br /><br />Although many had never heard of Macklemore prior to he and producer Ryan Lewis releasing his album, “The Heist” in 2012, featuring the top 10 hit “Can’t Hold Us,” he has now became an almost household name among teens everywhere. The song had actually been previously released in 2011, but just recently began catching fire in 2013. A fast paced song, bumping at 146 beats per minute, it was undoubtedly Macklemore’s editing it for radio that created more popularity for the song. Prior to the radio edit, only fans that had been privy to a Macklemore concert had actually gotten to hear “Can’t Hold Us.”</div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 3: “The Fox” by Ylvis / Weeks in top 10 (2 and counting)</b><br /><br />The reason this song ranks in our 3rd spot even though it hasn’t been in the top 10 as long as the others is because there is little doubt it will be knocked out before Dec. 31st of 2013. The other reason is because this odd, yet catchy tune performed by the comedy duo Ylvis (Elvis) has been tearing up Youtube for almost two months prior to breaking into the top 10 on the Billboard charts.<br /><br />Most might not know the song, nor Ylvis, but when hearing “What does the fox say?” you cannot mistake it for any other song in any top 10 list regarding musical entertainment!</div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 2: “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragon / Weeks in top 10 (20)</b><br /><br />This Imagine Dragons song has been played alongside almost every current “come back” story, career resurrection and motivational/inspirational thing produced since its debut. The lyrics “I’m Waking Up!” is all about resurrection, comebacks and inspiration. “Stepping off the prison bus” and “Welcome to the new age” is the 2013 version of inspiration and has sent Imagine Dragons into almost iconic status.</div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><b> 1: “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thick with Collaboration from T.I. & Pharrell / Weeks in top 10 (19)</b><br /><br />Admit it! You bout fell slam-out onto the floor alongside your bottom lip when you saw none other than Robin Thick, smoothly spitting those low lyrics alongside T.I. and Pharrell right? I know I did! Of course, nothing prepared me for the <a href="http://www.mtv.com/ontv/vma">MTV Video Music Award</a> show appearance where he laid Blurred Lines down with an almost bare naked Miley Cyrus! Holy Cow! That was Hannah Montana all over him!!<br /><br /><br />Well, there is our top 10 best songs of 2013 so far as of writing of this top 10 songs. Yeah, there were a few that would have rightfully deserved a place among our top 10, “Thrift Shop” by Macklemore held a top 10 spot for over 21 weeks! Then Miley Cyrus’s “Wrecking Ball” could have easily landed on the list as well.
