If the browser you're using or a page you're viewing is displaying
problems, first try clearing the browser's cache. If that doesn't fix
the problem, next try clearing the browser's cookies.
The instructions for clearing the cache and cookies may be different
for each browser and version. Here are the steps for several commonly
used browsers and versions. To get started, select the browser you're
using:
Google Chrome Microsoft Internet Explorer To find the version, in Internet Explorer, click Help , and then click About Internet Explorer . If you don't see the Help menu, press Alt to show the menus. 1) Cache . First try clearing the browser cache for the version you're using:Internet Explorer 8.x Click the Tools menu. If you don't see the menu, press Alt button on your keyboard to show the menus. Select Delete Browsing History . Select the checkbox for Temporary Internet Files . Click the Delete button. Once the files have been deleted, click Okay . Note : It can take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
Internet Explorer 7.x Click the Tools menu. If you don't see the menu, press Alt button on your keyboard to show the menus. Select Delete Browsing History . Click the Delete files button. Click the Yes button in the confirmation window. Click the Close button. Note : It can take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
Internet Explorer 6.x Click the Tools menu. Select Internet Options . Click the General tab. Click the Delete Files button. Click the OK button in the confirmation window. Click the OK button to close the 'Internet Options' window. Note : It can take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
2) Cookies . If clearing the cache doesn't fix the problem, next you may want to try clearing the browser cookies .Important! While deleting the browser cookies may fix the problem, it also removes your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.Internet Explorer 8.x Click the Tools menu. Select the 'Details' checkbox. Select the 'Cache' checkbox. Click the 'Clear Now' button. Firefox 3.x for Windows Click the Tools menu. Select Clear Private Data . Select the 'Cache' checkbox. Click the 'Clear Private Data Now' button. Firefox 3.x and 3.5.x for Mac OS X Click the Firefox menu. Select Preferences . Select Advanced . Click the Network tab. In the 'Offline Storage' section, click Clear Now . Click the OK button. Firefox 2.x for Windows Click the Tools menu. Select Options . Select Advanced . Click the Network tab. In the 'Cache' section, click Clear Now . Click OK . Firefox 2.x for Mac OS X Click the Firefox menu. Select Preferences . Select Advanced . Click the Network tab.
