After launching Background changer, you can browse through the standard Windows background to get an idea how it will look.
If you do not want to use the standard Windows background, you can add your own folder images.
After you select the background you want, click Apply on the button in the upper right corner.
Click Yes on the authorization screen.
Click Yes to User Account Control if it appears.
A short wait while the background is applied.
Now you can log off to see how the new background will appear when you or another user signs in.
There
are several different settings, you can choose reset back to default,
such as picture folders, prevent other users to change the background,
and adjust the shadow.
Conclusion
There
are several applications out there that will tweak logon background,
but this is one of Julien Manici is one of the better that I've found. Very easy to use and has some nice features for tweaking the background. If you want to modify and customize the Windows 7 interface, you'll want to see this app.
