GetResponse has launched osCommerce integration! Now you can automatically add new customers to your email campaign and start building relationships right away! All you need to do is to follow these simple steps.
1. Download the plugin and extract the archived content to your osCommerce installation directory.
2. Log into your osCommerce admin console and click Modules -> Order Total. On the list s
hould be a very noticeable GetResponse plugin just like the one pictured below. Next click “Install”3. GetResponse plugin is installed. Now, click on the “Edit” button to configure
4. Next, please enter your API KEY and the name of the campaign to which customers will be added after they purchase.
5. Check to make sure your API KEY and campaign name were typed correctly. If everything is ok, click the “Update” button.
6. You should see the set-up plugin on your screen. To make sure everything is up and running, you can test it by purchasing a product in your shop. REF is set to your osCommerce shop name. City, country and telephone values will be added as contact custom fields. The new contact will also be placed at the beginning of the follow-up cycle.
That’s it! Anyone who buys a product by clicking the button as set up above will be added to your campaign automatically! What an easy way to grow your list and jumpstart your follow-up sales campaigns!
